Only 10 days fermentation and then age for only 3 days?
This one sounds like something I’d like and I have some Citra and was looking for something to brew with it.
Hi Paul,
Actually, my bad, it should be 10 days in primary, then 7 days for dry hopping, then carbonate over 3 days. I just made the changes in the post.
I highly recommend brewing this one, it’s quite delicious. The Centennial/Citra combo is a gem, can’t get enough of it myself.
Let me know how it goes!
Cheers,
Jeff
